CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance. I require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your $100 deposit. No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to notify me that you will not be attending, your $100 deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $25 late fee will apply to arrivals 20 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. Arrivals 30 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled, and the $100 deposit may be forfeited. A card must remain on file when booking to secure your appointment. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation, deposit, and late-arrival policy.
